Barry has spent the majority of his
working life in the aviation industry, both as an engineer and airline pilot.
He has been involved with the training of airline pilots for more than 15
years. He holds a degree in Social Sciences and Psychology, a HNC in Business Studies and a
diploma in Professional Stress Management.
He is a Certified Aviation Human Factors Specialist (European Association for Aviation Psychology); Associate member of European Association for Work and Organisational Psychology; Associate member Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).
For a number of years now Barry has
committed himself to doing extensive personal and professional development
training to improve his own well-being by reading books, listening to audio
materials and attending workshops and seminars. As a result, he has
transformed his own life, an ongoing process, not only this, he has also helped
many others with their development.
